Read may not join your call for a few different reasons, which include:
- You haven't connected your calendar
- Read will automatically join your meeting when you connect either a Google or Microsoft calendar.
- Your calendar settings for Read were not configured to join the meeting
- When you connect your calendar you select the type of meeting role you would like Read to join. These include the following:
- All meetings you attend
- Only meetings where you are the host
- Internal and External meetings
- Internal meetings only
- When you connect your calendar you select the type of meeting role you would like Read to join. These include the following:
- Read was left in the waiting room
- When you setup a meeting to hold attendees in the waiting room you will need to make sure you allow Read into your meeting
- Everyone in the meeting went into breakout rooms
- When a meeting includes using breakout rooms it is important that at least 1 attendee stays in the primary meeting room. If nobody stays in the primary meeting room then Read will consider the meeting over, and leave the meeting.
