Meeting scores are shown in your Google Calendar for past meetings that Read measured. When you open a past meeting event, the Read section shows the score (labelled Read Engagement Score), a View your meeting report link, and the meeting's total time (for example, "30 mins x 2 guests = 60 minutes total time"). The meeting score is now called the Read Score, which combines Sentiment and Engagement (see About Sentiment, Engagement, and the Read Score).
Before you start
Read's Google Calendar features are part of the Read browser extension. To see them:
- Install the Read AI extension from the Chrome Web Store (Chrome and Microsoft Edge are supported).
- Open Google Calendar in that browser.
The Google Calendar overlay features can be turned off in the extension settings: open the extension, click your email address at the top, select Settings, and under Configuration > Calendar, turn off Show Smart Scheduler overlays in Google Calendar. For more details, see Using Read's browser extension.
