No. Read's Terms of Service don't allow sharing your account sign-in with others. Read is also built on the idea that each account belongs to one person, so a shared account doesn't work well in practice:
- Calendars: Read uses your connected calendars to join and record your meetings. You can only connect one Google Calendar, one Outlook calendar, and one Zoom Calendar per Read account.
- Zoom meetings: Read can only join a Zoom meeting if the person whose Zoom account is connected to Read is in the meeting, signed in to that Zoom account. A shared account can only connect one Zoom account. See Upcoming Changes to Zoom Meetings.
- Coaching and action items: Read matches meeting participants to their Read accounts to create coaching and to assign action items. If several people use the same account, Read can't tell them apart, so you'll lose out on coaching and action item tracking.
- Personalized features: Features like For You, Coaching, and Meeting Policy assume one person is using the account. If several people share an account, the data and recommendations get mixed together and are less useful.
Read may rate limit accounts that violate the Terms of Service.
