What meeting-related questions can Ada answer?
Ada has access to all meetings that Read AI has captured. This means Ada can help with questions like:

"What action items came out of my meeting with Sarah on Monday?"
"What was the timeline we agreed on for the Q3 launch?"
"Summarize what I missed in the team standup yesterday"
"What topics have I discussed with [client name] in our last few meetings?"
Ada doesn't just search for keywords, it reasons about the question, finds the relevant discussion across transcripts, and synthesizes an answer.
Do I need Ask Read enabled in order for Ada to answer meeting questions?
No. Meeting intelligence is available to any Read AI user whose meetings are captured by Read AI. Ada accesses meeting transcripts, summaries, action items, and key decisions directly from the Read AI platform. Ask Read is a separate, additional capability that extends Ada's knowledge to non-meeting data sources (email, chat, documents, CRM, etc.).
Can Ada help me prepare for upcoming meetings?
Yes. Ada can surface relevant context to help you prepare for upcoming meetings, such as:
What was discussed in previous meetings with the same participants
Outstanding action items related to those participants or topics
Key decisions from related past conversations
Relevant context from the your connected knowledge sources (if Ask Read is set up)
Ada may proactively suggest things you can do with recent meeting content, such as reviewing action items, drafting follow-up emails, or scheduling follow-up meetings.
Does Ada know which meetings I was in vs. other people's meetings?
Ada only has access to meetings associated with your Read AI account. It respects access permissions — Ada can only look at content from people who are already on the email thread and have opted in to Read AI.
What if I ask Ada about a meeting that Read AI didn't capture?
Ada can only answer questions about meetings that Read AI has processed. This includes meetings where the Read AI bot joined the call as well as meetings recorded via the Read AI desktop or mobile app (e.g., in-person meetings or calls where the bot wasn't used). If a meeting wasn't captured through any of these methods, Ada won't have that transcript or summary and will acknowledge that it doesn't have information about that particular meeting.
Can Ada extract and track action items from meetings?
Yes. Ada can surface action items that were identified in meeting transcripts. You can ask Ada about your action items, and Ada can help with follow-ups — for example, offering to schedule time to complete a task or send a follow-up email.
