Read AI is developing a range of pre-built report templates designed to tailor meeting outputs to different use cases and workflows. There are a few pre-built report templates, including frameworks such as SPICED, and BANT, which organize insights around qualification, customer needs, and next steps. In addition, Read is expanding into general meeting templates for common scenarios like one-on-ones, team syncs, and onboarding sessions, emphasizing updates, action items, and progress tracking.

Looking ahead, Read AI is actively building customizable templates, which will allow users to define their own report structures, align outputs with internal processes or CRM fields, and apply templates to recurring meetings. Future enhancements may also include more structured and visual report formats, as well as deeper integration with automated workflows such as CRM updates and follow-up generation.
