Read offers three paid plans: Pro, Enterprise, and Enterprise+. For full pricing and a feature-by-feature comparison, see Read's Plans & Pricing page.
On top of the core features available to free accounts, users on Read's paid plans can create or belong to a Workspace (see How do I set up a Workspace?). Workspaces offer a set of features designed to help people in the same organization collaborate and work more productively with Read. With a Workspace, you can:
- Automatically share reports with your manager or members of your team (see How can I automatically share reports with my Team? (Team Report Access))
- View meeting metrics across the entire Workspace on the Meeting Policy page (see About Sentiment, Engagement, and the Read Score), and see team and Workspace recaps on the Your Teams and Your Workspace tabs of the For You page
- Customize how the Read Assistant appears during meetings (see How can I customize the Read Assistant name that shows during meetings?)
- Manage settings and permissions to control how Read works for members of your Workspace, including turning Ask Read and Ada (Read's AI Executive Assistant) on or off (see What are all of the settings and permissions available with Workspaces?)
- Manage licenses and billing from a single account (see How does billing work with a Workspace?)
All licenses in a Workspace must be on the same plan. For example, you can't mix Pro and Enterprise licenses in one Workspace.
Features by plan
Everything above is available on all paid plans. Some features are only available on higher tiers:
- Pro includes unlimited meeting reports and transcripts, priority report processing, premium integrations, 100 minutes of file uploads per month, and meetings up to 4 hours long.
- Enterprise includes everything in Pro, plus audio and video playback, video highlights, premium support (support requests are prioritized), and 200 minutes of file uploads per month. Meetings can be up to 4 hours long.

Enterprise+ includes everything in Enterprise, plus:
- HIPAA compliance (see Enabling HIPAA Compliance in Read AI Workspaces)
- SAML SSO (see How to: Setup SAML Authentication with Read AI) and SCIM provisioning (see Managing users and teams with SCIM provisioning)
- Domain capture (see Configuring domain capture for your Workspace)
- A custom data retention policy (see What are all of the settings and permissions available with Workspaces?)
- Workspace audit logs, on annual Enterprise+ plans (see Workspace Audit Logs)
- Workspace onboarding with a specialist
- 300 minutes of file uploads per month
- Meetings up to 8 hours long
Enterprise+ requires a minimum of 5 licenses.
