What are the different paid plans that Read offers?

Read offers several plans, both free and paid. Pricing is per user/email signed up for Read.

Plan overview

Upload allowances are counted in minutes. You can see them on the Plan & Billing page under File Upload Credits: monthly credits reset each month, and purchased credits don't expire. To buy more, click Buy file upload credits.

To see your current plan and credits, click your name at the bottom left of Read and select Plan & Billing. To change plans, click Compare plans.

Free

• 5 meetings per month, with summaries, transcription, and a personalized meeting coach.
• Unlimited Ask Read (enterprise search), basic integrations, and Topic Readouts.

Pro

• $19.75/month, or $15/month billed annually.
• Everything in Free, plus unlimited meeting transcripts, priority report processing, premium integrations (Notion, Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, Confluence, Zapier, webhooks), 100 minutes of uploads per month, direct access to Anthropic Claude and OpenAI GPT models in Ask Read, Workspace access, and customized For You content.

Enterprise

• $29.75/month, or $22.50/month billed annually.
• Everything in Pro, plus audio and video playback, video highlights, 200 minutes of uploads per month, and premium support (support requests from Enterprise and Enterprise+ users are prioritized).

Enterprise+

• $39.75/month, or $29.75/month billed annually. Requires a minimum of 5 licenses.
• Everything in Enterprise, plus additional security and admin features: HIPAA compliance, SAML and SCIM, domain capture, custom data retention policies, Workspace onboarding, 8-hour maximum meeting length, and 300 minutes of uploads per month.

Volume discounts: Read offers discounts on annual license counts: 10% for 100+ licenses, 15% for 500+, and 20% for 1,000+.

Licensing details

• Pricing is per user/email signed up for Read. A Read license is tied to the "seat," not the "name," so you can reassign a license if someone leaves your company.
• Read supports meetings on Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet, and paid plans include unlimited meeting reports and unlimited storage. See What meeting platforms does Read support?
• Getting started is as simple as connecting your calendar and telling Read which meetings to join. See How do I create a Read account? and How do I get started with Read?
• Read can join and record a meeting whether you're the host or just a participant. For Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, Read can join even if the person with the Read license doesn't attend, which is useful if you're double- or triple-booked. Zoom is different: Read can only join a Zoom meeting if you've connected your Zoom account to Read and you're in the meeting, signed in to that Zoom account. See Upcoming Changes to Zoom Meetings.

Upgrades

You can upgrade or change your plan from the Plan & Billing page. To compare plans side by side, go to the Compare Plans page. See also Can I change my plan?

When you upgrade, Read automatically reprocesses your meeting reports from the past 30 days to apply your new plan's features. This includes unlocking reports that were over the limit when you upgrade from Free, and turning on video playback when you upgrade to Enterprise.
