-

-
Go to the Permissions tab
- Scroll down and expand the Advanced Permissions section

- You can disable access by toggling off any name.
- Type your name to confirm and log granting of this access
How it works
Users with Global Report Access enabled can find reports for users in their workspace by using this dropdown menu at the top right of your Reports page:
They can also retrieve data for all meetings in their workspace with the REST API and MCP server.
Only reports that are owned by members of your workspace can be accessed with this permission. Reports that were owned by a user before they joined your workspace will not be accessible unless they use the Migrate Data feature (found under Workspace Settings > Workspace Actions).
