If you have already enabled Readouts for your account but are not receiving any email or messaging reports on your Reports page, there are a few reasons why this might occur:
- Your emails and messages are in an unsupported language. Currently Readouts only work for English communications, but support for Spanish and other languages is coming soon.
- You are on a Free plan, and it has been more than 14 days since you connected one of the productivity integrations for the first time. (Users on paid plans have unlimited access to Readouts.)
- You haven't received any emails or messages in the past 30 days, which is how far Read looks back when you first connect the integration.
- For email specifically, Read filters out emails that we believe are spam or come from automated systems as opposed to actual people, so it's possible that all of your recent emails were filtered out for this reason.
- Also for email, if you have multiple different accounts that you access emails for through the same inbox (e.g. using Gmail's Check email from other accounts feature), please be aware that Read will only look at emails sent to the primary email account (the one you connected to Read).
If you believe none of the above apply to you and you are still not seeing any Readouts at least 24 hours after connecting, please contact the Read Support Team and we'll help figure out the issue.
