If you have already deleted your account and are continuing to see Read join your meetings, there are only two possible explanations:
- Somebody else invited to your call is also using Read (note that they don't need to actually attend the meeting in order to add Read, they just have to be invited)
- You unintentionally created a second Read account, which is still configured to have Read automatically join your calls
Read will send a message to the meeting chat at the start of the meeting after it joins, listing the name(s) of whoever invited it to the call. If you see your own name listed here, then that would indicate #2 is the explanation. In this case, you should:
- Search your emails for messages from support@e.read.ai (e.g. the "Welcome to Read!" message that goes to all new users)
- Check the address on the "to:" line; this is the primary email address of your Read account
- If you have multiple email addresses, you should check all of your inboxes
- Your account may have been created using single sign-on (SSO) (e.g. login with Microsoft/Google/etc), so make sure to try these options if you aren't able to login with email+password
