If you're a user of Microsoft Teams, you can add the free 'Meeting Summaries from Read AI' Teams Application to your account for several convenient features:
- Add your Read Assistant to your in-progress or impromptu meeting.
- Access the live meeting dashboard, with real-time notes, transcription, metrics, and other meeting tools.
- Find links to important pages on Read's web app, like the meeting reports list, coaching dashboard, and account settings.
Installation
The 'Meeting Summaries from Read AI' is a Microsoft Teams App you can add to your Teams account in order to access Read AI-specific functionality.
- Navigate to the Read AI app in the Microsoft AppSource Store: https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/office/wa200003896?tab=overview
- Click 'Get It Now' from the app listing:
- You'll be prompted to sign in to your Microsoft Teams account if you're not already. Confirm your details, and click 'Get It Now':
- The App should now be installed in your Microsoft Teams account. You can access it during a meeting from the 'Apps' menu bar item in your Teams window:
- You may need to Sign In with your Read AI account in order to access the app's functionality. You can either Sign in with your Microsoft account if you have one connected to your Read AI account, or if you'd prefer to sign in with another provider, click 'More sign in options'
- If a Read Assistant is already on a call, you should see your Dashboard start to load on the right panel:
- If a Read Assistant is not already present in the meeting, you'll have the option to add one in the Read AI app by entering the Join URL for your Teams Meeting:
