Read AI does not currently support recording a phone call, FaceTime, or virtual meeting via our mobile apps. For context, if another application is using your microphone, the Read app will not be able to supersede that and use your microphone to capture audio for the purposes of generating a Read meeting report.
You can use the Read AI apps for Android and iOS for in-person meetings, brainstorm sessions, and more - just make sure that your microphone is not already in use elsewhere. If you'll be joining a Teams, Google Meet, or Zoom meeting from your phone, invite Read to the meeting by enabling auto-join from your account settings ahead of the call.
