How do I cancel my billing plan?

Read allows users to quickly cancel their subscriptions with a few easy steps:

1. Login and go to your Plan & Billing page: https://app.read.ai/analytics/settings/billing
   • Users in a Workspace will have limited access and need to contact the Workspace owner.
   • Also, you have control over which meetings Read joins: How can I change which meetings Read joins?
2. Click Cancel plan
   ​
3. Click Downgrade to Free
   ​

After completing these steps, you will not be charged again, but you'll have access to the paid features through the remainder of your billing period.
