Users normally connect their calendar to Read when they first create their account, during the initial setup process. However you can connect (and disconnect) additional calendars at any time after that from your Apps & Integrations Page:
Note that you can connect at most one account for each of the supported calendar integrations (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and Zoom Calendar). For Zoom, whatever account you connect for the calendar must be the same account used for Zoom SSO, however for Google Calendar and Outlook, you may use a different account than the one used for SSO.
Syncing multiple calendars
Sometimes, users have multiple different calendars within their Google or Outlook account (e.g. a work calendar and a personal calendar). Read can integrate with any calendar that's listed under "My calendars" in Google or Outlook. When you first connect your account, only your default/primary calendar will be synced with Read, however you can toggle each of the different calendars on or off from your Apps & Integrations page:
Any calendar that is turned on will be "synced" with Read, meaning that the events will appear on your Read calendar page and Read will be able to join them automatically, depending on your settings, see:
If you have multiple different calendars that you want to use with Read (e.g. you want to include a calendar that's been shared with you from another account), see:
