How can I add the Read AI bot (app) to a Slack channel?

In order to share meeting reports to private Slack channels, someone first needs to add the Read AI app or "bot" to the channel. The easiest way to do this is to tag "@Read AI" in a message to the channel:

Slack will then ask if you want to add it to the channel - click "Add Them" to confirm.

Alternatively, you can go to the channel details view (click on the channel name or from the three dot menu). Click on the Integrations tab and then Add an App:
