While WebEx is not a supported platform, Read can support WebEx meetings through our desktop application, allowing you to capture meeting insights.
How it works
Read does not join or record Webex meetings as an agent. Instead, the desktop app captures audio from your system while you’re in the meeting, allowing Read to generate a report with transcripts, notes, and action items.
Best practices
- If you're wearing headphones, make sure the correct output device is selected in both your system and WebEx settings
- Confirm the Read desktop app has permission to capture system audio
