In order to adjust which meetings your Read Assistant joins you will need to log into your account here and then navigate to your settings by selecting "settings" at the bottom left of your screen or selecting this link to the settings page.
From here you can choose to have Read join only meetings when you are the host, all, or by invite only. You can also limit Read to joining only internal meetings as well.
Additionally, you can also go to your calendar page in your Read account and either select or de-select which upcoming meetings Read will join (note, this requires a calendar integration).
