If you see the page that says you need to request access when trying to view your own meeting report, you most likely have two accounts at Read, and the report is owned by the account that you are not currently logged in to. This happens often when people use SSO to login as they may choose an SSO account that wasn't associated with their original Read account, unintentionally creating a new Read account.
