Read AI uses recording notification to let people know that the meeting is being measured, as Read needs to access audio and video to generate the meeting reports. After the call, Read generates the meeting report based on the plan level of the user(s) who invited Read to the meeting. Enterprise and Enterprise+ are currently the only plans that support audio and video playback.
If you are not on the Enterprise or Enterprise+ plan, Read will automatically delete audio and video 30 days after the meeting. This grace period is to allow users who upgrade to one of those plans to unlock recent meeting recordings.
Note that Read users only any plan can configure their settings to disable audio/video playback in meeting reports, even if their plan supports it. This setting is located under Account Settings > Report Conent. Like most account settings, this may also be controlled by your Workspace, if you belong to one.
