We use the recording notification to let people know that this meeting is being measured, as Read needs to access audio and video to generate the meeting reports. After the call, we generate the meeting report based on the plan that you are on. Enterprise is currently the only plan that supports audio and video playback.
If you are not on the Enterprise plan, Read will automatically delete audio and video 30 days after the meeting. This grace period is to allow users who just upgraded to Enterprise to unlock past videos.
Read users can also configure their settings to disable audio/video playback in meeting reports, even if their plan supports it, under Account Settings > Recording & Playback. Like most account settings, this may also be controlled by your Workspace, if you belong to one.
