Read tracks "incomplete" meetings under the Meeting Reports > Incomplete tab.
If you go there you can see a list of meetings that didn't record. This could happen for a variety of reasons:

Read was not admitted to the meeting or permission issues

Report was not generated due to insufficient words in the meeting or participant's audio was muted
- Invalid language detected in the meeting (List of supported languages)
- Read was not given recording permissions (Zoom specific)

Someone typed a command into the meeting chat to disable Read
